Which size shirt should I order?

Most of our women's tees are fitted and referred to as 'junior'. All other tees are uni-sex even if they are in the men's t-shirts category. If you have any questions about fit, please email us at info@formulatees.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order your favorite Formula Tees. Just follow the step during the PayPal checkout process and before you know it your tee will arrive on your doorstep.

How long does shipping take?

Normally, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. During holidays it may take a little longer.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?

We want to make sure everyone is happy with their custom Formula Tee. We try to get your tee(s) out as fast as we can, so it may be difficult to make changes before your order is shipped. If you have a change, please contact orders@formulatees.com, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

Do you ship all over the world?

Unfortunately, Formula Tees only ships within the United States. This may change, but not any time soon.

Will my t-shirt shrink?

All of our tee-shirts are made of pre-washed or pre-shrunk material. However, the best way to keep your Formula Tees in tip-top shape is to take the proper precautions when washing and drying.

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are totally satisfied with your Formula Tee purchase. You may return or exchange your t-shirt within 15 days of the date of purchase. Tees returned must be unused or unwashed - no exceptions. To return a t-shirt email orders@formulatees.com and request an item return form. In the email include your order number. If you need a different size or a different tee it must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What are your hours of operation?

Formula Tees is open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
